Maruti Ritz Review
Switch on the ignition, open the throttle, the 1.2L K12M make a happy, low-pitched hum and it’s very smooth. Splash might be the extremely quieted in this class. The engine is barely audible and i have to check often whether the ignition is switched on. Even though the motor displaces lesser than the swift, the power on tap is sufficient to pull through the motorway and even the mountains of Vizagpatnam.

Volkswagen Polo Test Drive
Unlike Maruti or Chevy, Volkswagen is not a well known car maker in India. Before the polo, it has smaller presence in the Indian market. To be honest, many Indian customers don’t know Skoda and Audi are part of Volkswagen group (thanks to clear branding). Yet, Polo is house hold name in India.

India, the Innova will replace the completely outdated Toyota Qualis. With Innova, Toyota has set a new benchmark in terms of design. The car has raking windshield upfront with a sweeping bonnet. In the back however, except for the loud tail lights, everything else is minimal.

Tata Indica V2 Review
Tata Indica hit the Indian market in 1998. This compact city car has been drawing the attention of the buyers in the country since its very launch which was indigenously built by TATA in India. The first passenger car manufactured by Tata, Indica has been widely accepted by the middle-class urban families in India, who look for lots of space and affordability in their vehicle. Indica was later rechristened as India V2 or version 2. All the visible shortcomings in the old Indica were removed in t

Hyundai i20 Test Drive
Everyone talks about the first mover advantage, but they forget the fact the last mover understand customers easily and takes advantage of that. Hyundai could have learnt a thing or two from Ritz,Jazz and Punto. Especially the pricing!Hyundai one of the early entrant into the premium hatch segment with its getz failed to stamp its presence there. The runaway success of swift just blew it. But in the second round Hyundai made a strong comeback with its i20.

Maruti Eeco Review
Historically the rear wheel drive (RWD) is said to be more fun to drive. Eeco is a rear wheel drive vehicle but is not meant for that. Eeco is undertyred and runs on 155 R13 tubeless tyres. The skinny tyres (also the lack of allloy wheels) spoils the looks to.Unlike the Versa, Eeco lacks the power steering which means you have to work out heavily not in gym but with hard steering wheel to sneak trhough the traffic. But Eeco is easy to park with smaller turning radius and also it takes up less

Tata Aria Test drive and Review
Tata Aria started in 2006 well before the Jaguar – Land Rover acquisition, yet, we could see a hint of LR styled dashboard in Aria. Aria dash is boxy yet appealing. The use of twin colours adds to the attractive quotient. Aria being the first indian car to come with integrated navigation system gives the dash a complete look. Material for seat cover used is good, yet we would love to see more classical styling (faux wood and chrome would be better).
