Every institute/organization has a group of faculty or staff. This group works towards betterment of the institute for which they are working. Here our focus is towards the educators in various fields (it include professors, teachers from different schools, colleges or institutes). Faculty development program helps the faculty for their individual growth at personal and professional levels. This program works towards improving skills of faculty which in turns helps in growth of organization to which the faculty belongs. There is always a scope of learning new things and improving your skills so this program works for any level of experienced/freshers which belong to small or large institutes.

5. Plan assessment to create a rewarding spirit. It helps every individual to track their growth and scope of improvements.
