He that believes and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believes not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover." (Mark 16:15-18) Jesus called and told all of His disciples to go and preach to all of the world the good news or gospel. The great news is that anyone may obtain the free gift of salvation or eternal redemption, that is available through the name and blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. Preaching is foolishness to those who perish by their own unbelief. Many people such as the prophet Jeremiah and Jonah were unwilling preachers, they would of rather declined to give the message but were compelled by God to accomplish their missions. Every generation is required by the Lord God until His return to preach His word without fear or favor towards man.
