<h1>The Fourth Horseman</h1><strong> Author: <a href='http://www.articleseen.com/profile_Steve-0.aspx'>Steve-0</a></strong><br /><p>Jesus gave John the following vision of the end times leading up into the tribulation: "And I [John] saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer. And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see. And there went out another horse that was red: to and power was given him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword. And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine. And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see. And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell [Greek: Hades: the grave] followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth." (Rev. 6:1-8 KJV) The four horseman represent four different spirits (Zachariah 6:5 tells us) that go into all the earth. The red spirit is communism, the black one is capitalism, and the white one Catholicism. The fourth horseman is called a pale one. However, the original Greek word for it (pale) is "chloros." It's the same root word for chlorophyll. The definition for this Greek word is green. Three other times this word was translated green in the New Testament. "And he (Jesus) commanded them to make all sit down by companies upon the green (chloros) grass." (Mark 6:39) "The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass (chloros) was burnt up." (Revelations 8:7) "And it was commanded them (angels) that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green (chloros) thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads." (Revelations 9:4) Every time the word Greek word for green (chloros) was translated green previously. Why the change in Revelations 6:8? It was probably translated correctly, however in these verse the translator must of assumed that there was no such thing as a green (chloros) horse. So he then assumed that it was a pale green horse. It so translated it pale, and thus assumed an incorrect translation. Thayer's definition of the word chloros is first green, the secondly yellowish pale. In the New Revised Standard Version of Revelations 6:8 is translated as this. "I looked and there was a pale green horse. It's rider's name was death, and hades followed with him; they were given authority over a fourth part of the earth, to kill with the sword, famine, pestilence, and by the wild animals (or bestial men/ beast like men) of the earth." This information seems to have confirmed my thoughts. The color green is representative of Islam. According to the article "Militant Islam Reaches America" by Daniel Pipes, the official color for Islam is green. He said in this political article the following words. "In symbolic terms, it was said that green (Islam's color) had replaced red (communism's color) in the West's rogue gallery." We find that many of the flags in the Islamic nations have the green color. Some examples of this are the flags of Saudia Arabia, Pakistan, and Iran. Green is the official color of Islam. Some Mosques doors are even painted green. Ramadan is the month in Islam of fasting, from sunup to sundown (they eat either prior or after this time). In 2007, the Empire State Building in New York, New York put on green lights in the top section of that building to honor (during the month of Ramadan) the Muslims. I guess that they hoped to avoid the fate of the Twin Towers. The peaceful religion of Islam/Mulim has a culture of death. They are about the only nation/religion that glorifies suicide bombing that I know of. They are promised (suicide bombers) seven-two virgins in the afterlife (death). From the age of two, many youths are trained and told that Martyrdom is the greatest thing that they can do for Allah. That by doing so the have immediate access to Paradise and seventy-two virgins. One women of a suicide bomber wrote these words about her son. "He would always dream of Shahada (martyrdom or being a suicide bomber). It was his first and last goal in life. I told him dear, we all want to be Shahadas. (He replied) In this entire world I cannot think of any one to marry. I want to marry the dark eyed virgins (72 of them). I said (the mother): I wish him Shahada, Praise to Allah. I hold my head high. The honor is mine, I have a son who is a martyr. And not only is my son a martyr, but all of the martyrs are mine children. The honor is mine. The pride is mine." The suicide bombers almost always make a video before they do a mission. Afterwards (when these have already died in a suicide bombing), the parents usually are dancing and become joyful. Their kids are seen are going to heaven by their culture. Even Yasser Arafat said, " I hope one day to be a martyr for Allah." It's a culture of death. This is opposite of what the word of God teaches. All murders (unrepentant ones) will have their part of the lake of fire (Revelations). It's estimated that the earth is filled with a fourth part of Islamic/Muslim adherents. 96 percent of Muslims are from Africa and Southeast Asia, where there is severe poverty and famine. These are all clues given to us to show the truth about the green spirit. According to prophecy, the green horse spirit is right before the Tribulation. The spirit of Islam is rising again. After it's rising, there will many martyr's (Christians who cry out to God for being killed, and ask God how long will you wait before avenging our blood - they are told to rest, until the last of their brethren should also die as well; then He will return to destroy those who killed them with the second and eternal death) and a great war according to the book of Revelations. The end is nigh, but how close only God knows. No man knows the hour or of that time. Jesus said, "But of that day and hour knows no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only." Do not be deceived by these false prophets (evil men who make merchandise or take gain or money of/ from you) disguised as Christians. The people of God will do exploits, while instructing many others, become strong in the Lord and the power of His might. They will not be lukewarm (compromising one with the world or with man made traditions), which is the spirit of this time and church age (Laodicean). The righteous are bold as a lion. The apostle Peter became bold because of his anointing (he had the anointing of the Holy Spirit of God). How does one receive this power? Taste and see the goodness of the Lord and the power of His might by heeding Acts 2:36-38.
