The main idea behind this initiative is that Tata Motors wants to make this car available to the people living in rural and semi urban areas parts of the country. Earlier the company had got success with this particular idea through its mini truck Tata Ace. As per the company officials Tata Motors is planning to open 300 outlets exclusively for its extraordinary car Tata Nano, in 2011-2012, in a way to meet the demands of the rural areas of the country. In order to expand the car market in international markets company has started exporting this product to Sri Lanka and Nepal. These decision taken by the company would boost the sales of this small car and would reduce the inconsistency in the sales figure which the company has been facing from past few months.</p> <p>As the sales data of Tata Nano it is found that the sales of Tata Nano is halved to 5,451 cars in July as compared to 10,012 cars in April. At present time Tata Nano is also available in total 617 regular outlets across the country and Tata Motors feels that there should me more showrooms. This the reason why company is opening 300 more outlets around the company as per company officials.</p> <p>Tata Nano review reveals that there has been a regular up and downs in the sales figure of the car. Tata had first revealed this car in Auto Expo 2008 at Delhi. commenced from Rs 1,15,000 (ex showroom New Delhi).
