Sold with the brand name as Nissan has christened this edan Nissan Sunny for the Indian car market. is not yet announced but it is expected to fall in the range of Rs7 to Rs9 lakh.The announcement of actual price of vehicles at the time of launching is the recent trend followed by auto makers. Recently the same trend was practiced by Ford at the time of unveiling Fiesta Sedan in Delhi. However there are rumours that Nissan Sunny India will be launched in month of November this year.</p> <p>The new Nissan Sunny will be available in both petrol and diesel variant. However due to continuous hike the petrol prices at regular intervals has shifted customers towards the diesel vehichles. In such situation Nissan is speculating that diesel variant of Sunny shall also be able to catch the eyes of customers towards itself. The petrol of variant of New Sunny Sedan is expected to be integrated with 1.5 litre HR15DE engine creating the maximum power of 108 bhp and highest torque of 148 Nm, on the other side the diesel variant is expected to be equipped with 1.5 litre DCi common rail turbo engine generating the maximum power of 105 bhp. The 1.5 litre petrol engine is different from 1.6 litre petrol engine as introduced in Micra hatchback plus and therefore the performance of petrol engine integrated in Sunny will also be on target.
