A full vocational license is issued for those who have completed the test successfully, while if they have not finished all the four levels or are under 18 years of age, a provisional license can be issued for the time being. Moreover, the maximum time period for the completion of this certification is five years. If a candidate is not able to complete the course within that time period, he or she is liable to enroll for the entire procedure all over again.
