(1 John 5:6) "And there are three that bear witness in earth, the (Holy) Spirit, and the water (baptism in Jesus' name), and the blood (of Christ shed for us all): and these three agree in one." (1 John 5:8) These Scriptures also signify that Jesus came being baptized in water (by John), received the Holy Spirit (in the form of a dove) and was faithful even unto His death (a bloody one). 1) Jesus fulfilled messianic prophecy, born in Bethlehem.
