But when I saw the car, I felt a little disappointed, as it’s not a car that I would have picked no matter how desperate I was. I felt really bad that I didn’t like the gift my dad gave, so I decided to drive it around for a few days and see if I change my mind. When I got into the car I was surprised to see it came with a lot of standard equipment, which included CD player, power steering, electric front windows, colour-coded bumpers, remote central locking and Air-conditioning. The car is only available in one engine, the 54bhp, three-cylinder 1.2 petrol unit, even though it’s a small engine the car drive very well. The suspension generally provides a comfortable ride, and it corners securely and changes direction cleanly. Driving the car has changed my mind, and I’m starting to like the little yellow car that my dad gave me. For such a small, the Volkswagen Fox has a remarkable amount of space, even though the rear seat is only designed for two; the car has enough head- and legroom all-round for four adults to sit in comfort.
