There is not a more Godless, malicious, irreverent, and Christ-hating group of people in America than the majority of TV's comedians. However, this is America so every person has a Constitutional and God given right to believe in what he or she wants to. But many of these comics go after Christians instead of Muslims (who may or may not seek revenge) precisely since they know that they will not be attacked, stalked or sent hate mail. Probably they be prayed for by most Christians. This does not

This does not excuse their actions though. They are cowards because as anyone knows that to pick a fight against those who only seek peace is simply a being a bully.
Here are some of their comments against God and Christianity. The ease with which many of these people speak against God is surprising. The fact is that they are indeed blessed people to live in the land of the free, with a multitude of friends, riches and variety available to them. These is no real reason for the hatred or mockery of Christianity.
“Good! I hope the Jews did kill Christ, I'd do it again. I'd ******* do it again in a second!” (Jewish comedian, Sarah Silverman, Jesus is Magic; 72-minute movie, 2006)
Silverman's attitude toward Jesus Christ is commonplace in America today. You'll never hear mainstream American comedians blaspheming Allah, Pan, Maitreya, Zoroaster, Buddha or Muhammad; it's only the Son of God that they hate, just as Jesus said in John 7:7, “The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.”
Comic Kathy Griffin, the star of the Bravo show "My Life on the D-List," used her appearance on the Emmy awards program to tell Jesus to "**** it" and to claim full credit for the honor for herself. Griffin, at the 59th annual Creative Arts Emmy Awards said the following things. "I guess **** froze over," Griffin announced. "A lot of people come up here and thank Jesus for this. He had nothing to do with this. ... **** it, Jesus! This award is my god now." Since the show's cancellation, Kathy is now doing stand up comedy.
Comic Conan O'Brien on his former show from NBC, Late Night With Conan O'Brien aired a skit that portrayed Jesus as a homosexual voyeur. In that episode, O'Brien introduces the skit: "Our last new character's heart is in the right place, even if he's a complete idiot. Please welcome … the homophobic country western singer." Then a middle-aged man wearing western clothes comes out from behind a curtain and starts to play a guitar and sing. "Oh I love you Jesus, but only as a friend. You touched my heart but I hope, that's where the touchin' ends. You're always lookin' over me when I need a higher power. But you better look at somethin' else when I'm in the shower." The inferences that permeate that song are really disgusting. Conan, if your so brave to insult religions why not insult Islam and Allah in the same way to see what will happen.
Actor and comedian Ricky Gervais mocked Christ by being shirtless while holding a mic stand across his back as if he was being crucified for the New Humanist magazine. The words “atheist” in all capital letters are written above his chest in blood. A crown of thorns also adorned his head. Gervais is an atheist. He has written and spoken on numerous occasions against Christianity, Jesus and religion in general.
"Born again? No, I'm not. Excuse me for getting it right the first time." (Comic Dennis Miller)
Comic Bill Maher is famous for, among other things, his hatred of Christians. Maher has said that Christians are “part of a dress-up cult that hates sex and worships magic.” He facetiously urged that Americans convert to Islam because... “We’re a nation enthralled to religious fanatics anyway. Does it really matter which fanatics we’re enthralled to? They’re both filled with moral pieties and codes of conduct nobody follows anyway.”
I agree that there are many who claim Christ as their Savior but do lie. But just because many politicians are crooked, liars and self-seeking does that mean we give up on Democracy? I should hope not. Are you going to stop voting because a of a politician who betrayed his own words? No. So really why are these self-righteous critics of Christ so upset with Him? Perhaps because they know deep in their own hearts somewhere, that He is true.
"Men choose a religion, but a Christian is chosen by Jesus Christ." Iranian Martyr Mehdi Dibaj
"Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatever a man sows, that shall he also reap." Galatians 6:7
