The much hyped iPhone 5 release is expected to happen sometime later this year or by 2012. However, the picture looks gloomy this time round for Apple. The unlocking service major, Cydia is all set to release custom solution for tormenting the security of iPhone 5. Cydia's new Jailbreak apps will leverage supremely from native apps of iPhone 5. As a result, end users will be able to leverage from the hidden possibilities post Jailbreak such as International roaming and PC tethering on the fly without any hassles or constraints. Cydia is ready with its custom solution much ahead of iPhone 5's release.
Android's new platform 4.0 is all glazed up with rich feature set and will offer better multitasking than iOS platform. The customs security solution developers such as Norton and McAfee are all set to develop formidable services for Android platform. As a result of which it will be impossible for third party apps to access the native code on the devices. iOS 4.3 has been Jailbreaked at ease with custom third party solutions but Android's newest proposition is all set to be one of its kinds. In an attempt to challenge the supremacy of Apple in the segment, Google will set the resolution limit to at least 1024 X 768 pixels which is much higher than that of an iPhone.
Google is taking on the battle with iOS products on an all new level. They are all set to launch Google Nexus 4g phone to be powered on 1.2 Ghz Snapdragon processor and enabled on Android 4.0 – Ice Cream Sandwich. The phone is slated to have dual 5 MP camera along with 1024 X 768 pixels to power up the supreme display. The phone is yet to be announced officially and Google is considering to ramp up camera features to 8 MP to beat iOS 5.
iOS 5 is already facing heat for its iCloud measure which might expose the sensitive user information in public domain. The end users are however, becoming demanding and still consider local storage far more reliable and faster than cloud based storage. In fact it will be soon a trend amongst customer communities for asking more disk storage space.
iOS 5's security is clearly under threat given that at the back drop, Jailbreaking applications and competing Android are gearing up for better products. The competing services are positioned at competitive prices than the ones of iOS enabled. The proposition looks interesting from a consumer's standpoint. The future certainly looks better and shinier for Android and Cydia apps based solutions than that of an iPhone 5 or iOS 5. Therefore, weigh your options well and follow the trend in order to leverage from Android's value proposition.
