That means the release schedule is getting faster and we can have hope that Apple is ready with iOS 5 in September. Over the weekend the long time rumored Nuance powererd voice-to-text functionality was spotted in iOS 5. The release of the iPhone 5 is depended on iOS 5. If Apple hits a major issue or does not get iOS 5 and the iCloud stable te release of the iPhone 5 will be delayed. The Apple rumor mill is still back and forth on the iPhone 5 launch time frame. The most recent rumors say that the iPhone 5 comes in October. Earlier rumors had September marked as the iPhone 5 launch month. A new low-cost iPhone 4 is said to shake things up. With the release of iOS 5 beta 5, many developers began scrambling through the system in search of newly released features and hints as to new devices or releases. Sources at 9to5mac have supposedly uncovered hints as to the exact date that Apple will be pushing the next version of iOS five: this Wednesday, August 17. This info comes from a hack into the OTA update code, that allows them to see when apple will be planning to push the next update to devices. They have warned that the date could be off by a couple days because of bugs that need to be fixed, but 9to5mac says that these same sources provided them with the exact date and time of yesterdays release. In related news, iH8sn0w recently tweeted out that the current beta (5) will expire on September 14, and anyone who is using it on their devices will be forced to upgrade to the newest beta or GM seed. While its possible that this date is meaningless, it does coincide with rumors that have expected the release of iOS 5 and iPhone 5 to be sometime in September.
