First impressions last so make sure to leave a favorable impression always. And one thing to assure this is to have a healthy and beautiful smile.

Being confidence not only takes a great personality but also a winning smile. And during these tough economic times those who have the winning personality have greater edge than those who are so meek to show off a great attitude. Take for example a salesman who has that convincing power to let you buy his goods. It’s doesn’t only take convincing words but a friendly smile to win you over. A job interview is more of showing your personality rather than your skills and talents most of the time. If you have what it takes and you display good humor, confidence and a healthy smile no doubt that the hr personnel will hire you in an instant. Even among colleagues and subordinates, those who look friendly, happy and convincing with their smiles definitely will win the trust and confidence of others. And most importantly do you know that those who love to smile are less likely to be victims of depression. They are the ones that surpassed trials and mishaps in life gracefully. Smiling generates happy hormones like endorphins and serotonins that lift the mood. Thus, if you want to be big and reach your goals in life make sure to invest time and effort to beautify your smiles.
I have listed below the great things to have that winning smile and eventually boost your confidence.
1. Brushing your teeth properly with the right amount of toothpaste and proper strokes. It is good to also use electric toothbrush that cleans the tooth thoroughly.
2. Make sure to floss regularly after brushing to ensure that no plaques retain in your teeth.
3. Gargle with recommended mouthwash to have that fresh breath all through out.
4. Use toothpick immediately when food enters your teeth gaps.
5. Avoid too much coffee and tea because both contain caffeine that stains the teeth.
6. Regular check-ups with the dentist every six months or more are highly recommended.
7. Correct teeth errors like overbite at an early age with the help of braces, invisalign or other cosmetic surgery.
Having that fresh breath and lovely smile will bring you to good luck and gives you greater edge in many aspects of your life-career, financial, moral and even love life so make sure to take care of your oral health. Do not hesitate to visit a dentist if you encounter minor problems with your teeth because most of the time minor teeth problems become worse if not addressed early.
