This article discusses how you can reduce the appearance of dark circles under the eyes by cleaning your liver on a regular basis.
As we get older many of us start getting dark circles under our eyes, and they are made worse by a lack of sleep and poor health generally. Indeed if you look at most adults, you will see at least a hint of some dark circles. So let me tell you about one of the best ways you can eradicate this problem and make your eyes appear younger.

The solution is to cleanse your liver because when toxins are present in the liver and there is some degree of congestion, it can cause all sorts of different health problems. One of these problems is of course dark circles under the eyes.

So how can you actually cleanse your liver?

Well drinking lots of water will certainly help for a start. You can also take certain supplements such as magnesium and milk thistle because both are said to be good for cleansing the liver. There are also certain foods that help remove harmful toxins from the liver.

However one of the quickest solutions is to do a liver flush. This is the same as a gallbladder flush and will actually help release stones and chaff from both organs.

If you search online for the liver flush procedure, you will find that there are a few different variants. Many of them tend to involve olive oil, epsom salts and a bitter fruit juice such as lemon juice or grapefruit juice, for example.

The epsom salts are used to dilate the bile ducts and allow any stones to leave the liver and the gallbladder smoothly, whilst the olive oil is used to force the gallbladder to contract and release any stones due to it's high fat content. The fruit juice also helps to expel any stones.

I used this liver flush to try and remove some gallstones from my gallbladder, and having done it several times now, I have to say I feel much better and am pretty much back to normal. One thing I did notice whilst doing this is that my dark circles, which were really dark before, are now barely noticeable at all. This has to be because of the liver cleanse because I have had these circles for years and years and haven't done anything differently other than the flushes.

I will continue doing liver flushes every few months in the future just to continue unclogging my liver and gallbladder, and am hopeful that when my liver is totally clean (which can take several flushes), my dark circles will be completely gone. Even if they don't disappear completely, I can be safe in the knowledge that they look a lot better than they used to.

So the point is that instead of spending vast sums of money on various skin care products in order to cover up the problem, you may be better off getting to the route of the problem and cleansing your liver. If you have a healthy liver, you should have a healthy body as well, and this includes your eyes and the skin around your eyes, so it is definitely worth considering. Just make sure you talk to your doctor before doing one of these flushes because it is not suitable for everyone.
