Nature is the most unique creation of unique god. Via nature people can find gods attributes in it. To maintain these godly attributes in nature it has been gifted with numerous creatures so that all help each other to maintain the balance and survive.
Nature is the most unique creation of unique god. Via nature people can find gods attributes in it. To maintain these godly attributes in nature it has been gifted with numerous creatures so that all help each other to maintain the balance and survive. Biodiversity is term used for this balance. Biodiversity is the summation of all living organism be it terrestrial, marine and aquatic ecosystem. Who contributes to maintain the status quo of nature? With the changing times man has exploited a lot to derive maximum benefit. Biodiversity is in danger zone.

There is huge biodiversity loss from across the globe. Many considerable and significant looses are already made. Yet scientist cannot conclude exactly the degree of this biodiversity loss. Humane activities are solely responsible for this loss. There are many kinds of animals, survival of each is essential to maintain the harmony and food chain of the ecosystem. These animals are constantly poached; the result is total extinction of these species which contributed irrespective to its biodiversity loss. Already the climate is witnessing a change due to loss of some vital flora species. The effect of which has created havoc on biodiversity

Biodiversity hot spots are referred to regions, which have various collections of numerous biodiversity components, but these areas are under threat due to damage or loss in the biodiversity of that particular area. They have every type of species, which supports and maintains ecosystem. A non-profit organization in Washington DC has identified 31 regions as the international biodiversity hotspots across the globe. Norman Myers coined the concept of biodiversity hotspot. Observing the extinction of certain species and almost near to extinction of some species this concept was developed so that he can aware regulating body in particular and people in general about the importance of balanced biodiversity. Necessary steps can be taken to protect the endangered species, which in turn protects our survival.

Hot spots biodiversity are those areas, which have almost lost 70 % of their biodiversity in different shapes, sometimes it is the animals, birds or aquatic creatures or even mangroves. These hotpot biodiversity are most remarkable place in terms of natural inhabitant and at the same time most endangered places of the world. These places are constantly depleting in natural resources, which they possess through centuries. This is creating imbalance in ecosystem.

This imbalance will acts as Pandora’s Box if it is not controlled systematically. This natural balance of biodiversity in ecosystem is dependent on each other. If some portion of this biodiversity is damaged it is going to have massive negative impact on overall ecosystem, resultant of which will effect survival of the entire world as mankind. Maintaining biodiversity in ecosystem is imperative not only for the animals and plants but the very dependant is ‘us’ on this balanced ecosystem.

Biodiversity is that important thing without which our own survival is at stake. Already due to loss of biodiversity a lot of negative environmental changes have been seen and will be seen. These changes will not only slowly lead human extinction but extinction of the whole world if not checked and controlled on time. Biodiversity loss is creating catastrophic irreparable damage.
