All people cannot do this work. Before going for a interview process you should must research about company profile and should must make a visit to the company so that you can know more about it. .If anyone wants to be a successful graphic designer and have found the interview call from any company then he should must follow some instructions which are more essential for him. These instructions are more useful for him. These instructions or rules are as follows:-
1. Be prepare well for the interview: - Anyone should be prepared for the interview process with high level of confidence and common sense because many question are raised to check the candidate’s common sense. If anyone has confidence levels high then nothing to worry about. Confidence is the most vital thing for an interview process.
2. Take several copies of your resume: - You must carry several copy of your resume along with you because sometimes there is a need of more than one copy of resume. Hence it is more essential to carry more than one copy of resume.
3. Carry a laptop to describe your work: - You must carry a laptop along with you to describe your project which you have completed during the final semester of academic records. You should thoroughly describe about your project, websites, animations, and videos so that they can take interest in your project.
4. Carry some copies of photographs: - You should carry some copies of photographs because some people who conduct interview ask for photographs for their record.
5. Carry a pen and a pad along with you: - You should carry a pen and a pad with you; this shows that you are an organized and responsible person and this activity creates employer’s interest in you.
6. Give a warm handshake to the employers: - After entering into the interview hall you should give a warm handshake to the employers. It creates more impression on them. After it you can ask them to take a seat.
Besides these there are also some important steps which you should not follow during the interview process. These steps are as follows:-
1. You should talk about your work during interview but do not talk more because it creates an anxiety and less interest in you.
2. Do not talk about salary and holidays during first round of interview.
3. Do not whisper and speak clearly and also do not give indication that you are there for the money. The employer do not take interest in what you want to take from this job but they only need to know what you can give the company from this job. So be careful during this process. It gives a wrong impression on them.
4. Do not talk about your bad experience during your last job. This gives wrong impressions on the employers.
These are some basic steps to follow during or before an interview process. If you follow these instructions then you will certainly be succeeded in the interview and would be get selected.
