So we spend much time stand in a line just want to buy so called healthy food. Actually, they tell a lie! All fast foods are high heat, much less of fat. And it’s weaken our body if you for a long time!

Why not eat at home? Healthy, easy and convenient! It’s take you less tiem and speng less money. The most important things is that it’s good for health. Health is the big wealth. Let’s do it together!

Many books say that the first glass of water is the most import in a day. But do you realize that the water is warm, not cool! Milk

In the market, there are so many brands of milk to choose from! What’s the standard? And how to tell the difference between them? Here are some tips:

1. For older people:Low fat, high calcium! Older people cannot absorb more calcium because their bones loose and weak to absorb calcium from food! So that’s a good ways !

2. For children: high calcium or pure milk! Children need to grow up and milk is the first choice for them! And there are so many choice to choose: sweet, yoghourt and pure and so on!

3. For women or girls: jujube milk. Women should drink more jujube milk to makeup!

4. For commuters: pure milk or yoghourt milk or ! Commuters consumption much calories than others!

Egg

One egg a day keeps the doctor away! A egg contain all the nutrition you need in a day! So you see, how important the egg is!
