What makes a diet Shake different from a protein shake?

A large number of people want to be fit and perfect figure by doing proper diet. But many of them are confused for diet shakes. A diet shake is very helpful for losing weight and it is different from protein shake.
There are many different words that come to my mind when I think of weight loss products. Specifications range from meal replacement shakes, diet shakes and shakes for weight loss over to protein shakes. What is now the difference? Is there any?

Most commonly used are the terms “diet shakes” and “protein shakes”. Nevertheless, they do not contain any other nutrients your body needs and thus are not suitable as meal replacements. They should rather be used as pre or post works out drinks in order to create muscles.

If you want to lose weight in the long run or maintain your body the way it currently is, it is advisable to replace some of your daily meals with a diet shake, as it has way less calories than an ordinary meal has. The good thing about them is, that they are designed to make you lose weight but still make you feel satisfied without leaving you hungry. This is at least how they are supposed to act. There are so many different diet shakes on the market, that it can be quiet hard to make a good decision between the different products. As diet shakes are intended to make you lose weight fast, the ingredients should support this fact. As we know sugar does support obesity and should definitely not be an ingredient of your diet shake. Nevertheless, you want your shake to taste good, otherwise you will prefer eating a regular meal instead. So how do diet shakes still taste good?
