Human resource forms are those forms which are used by the human resource unit and are therefore given to its employees for several uses.

It mainly contains the compensation of the employee, practices which are carried out by that employee and also the recruitment process. Human Resource forms are widely used in the hiring the candidate for any particular organization.
The HR FORMS are also quite useful for coordinating the employees as well as motivating their staff. This section that is the motivation part is also very important for the company’s annual turnover. The forms cover a wide range of work ranging from the recruitment of the employee to the personal data of any employee.

This form is filled by the candidates who are seeking jobs in a company. The organizations use such feedback forms to evaluate their very own performance and make changes where necessary as per the recommendation of the employee.
