Some of the most important buildings and monuments for Austrian history stand on the Ringstrasse Street. Kunsthistorisches, Hofburg and Naturhistorisches Museums are three of the greatest attractions of the Vienna. Stock Exchange building, State Opera and other buildings are also visited by the tourists. The Habsburg palace is another great attraction of this city. The Habsburg family used to spend their summer holidays in this place. It has great historical importance.
Hofburg was the residence of Habsburg since the 13th century. The main building is given a Baroque look. There are many separate buildings in the palace. It stages numerous ballets, operas and frequent premiers. Many famous and entertaining shows are organized in this Opera house. It is a great tourists spot. Visitors can watch different types of concerts in Vienna State Opera.
St. Stephen’s Cathedral is 137 m high. It can be seen from almost any place in Vienna. Tourists from different parts of the world step into this Cathedral to witness its beauty and charm. The visitors can take rest in one of the coffee shops after visiting the tower.
Wine served in the restaurants of Vienna is best to taste. Visitors are often seen taking sips from their wine glasses.
