All these activities make them lazy and lethargic, eventually affecting their weight. You must motivate your kids to go out and play games, which involve running and flexible movements of body. In fact, you can also join them in outdoor activities; this will encourage them for outdoor activities and help them stay fit and fine.

e)Propose rewards: Offer good rewards to your kid if he follows a healthy diet and living. The reward must match your kid’s favorites so as to grip him to follow weight reducing habits. It can be a trip to his favorite zoo, take him to a movie, give him an additional hour to sleep, etc.
