Most of these people who have IBS can also feel pain in the stomach area or a feeling that can be compared to a menstrual cramp. These things may seem simple but it does get very irritating. And that is why it can affect your daily activities.
The symptoms or effects of IBS may not be that serious but it can be quite a distraction. It can disrupt your daily tasks and it can also affect your mood. Once it affects your mood, it can lead to affecting your relationships as well. The good thing about it is that it can be prevented.
