The many possibilities that all this entails has led them a different approach than, for example Google over other companies. Google has always tried to companies with potential early on and maintain their own brand name to give a paste. Facebook is contrary to the partnerships and let each company do what they do best.

Is a refresh tag good for search engines?
"I have a landing page created specifically for VoIP providers. The landing page refers to a list / overview of VoIP providers and their prices, specifications and promotional offers. (Does not yet, now links to VoIP forum)
Now I have the idea on that page with a refresh tag so after a few seconds anyway to redirect to the final page of the list. (I know it is not user!)
Question is what Google does with indexing terms pages where auto refresh in the code. I think he eventually sees himself as just a redirect page and therefore it is low on the ranking value. Since that is obviously not the intention, I wonder if you might be here to answer them.
The landing page is optimized as much as possible with all its content and would therefore prefer to be properly indexed by Google.
Answer: Is a good refresh tag to the search engines?
What is an auto refresh tag
For those who do not know what an auto refresh tag is one example, this tag in the header of a web page posted:
meta http-equiv = "refresh" content = "5; url = paginanaam.html"
So when someone comes on this page after 5 seconds it will be redirected to "paginanaam.html.
Auto refresh unwise
As you have already indicated such a construction is not wise. What you're trying to create a page specifically designed to scoring high in the search engines. On top of it again the visitors that you actually want to show a different page.
In other words, you try the search engines a different page to show when the visitors get to see (albeit with some delay, but still). And that should not ...
What is wise
I understand from your question that you have a landing page to make high scores in the search engines. My question to you is why you have registered a separate domain name for? My advice is to the same domain as your forum to post these pages. This has several advantages. First, you only link building for a domain to apply, saves you a lot of work. Second, you do not visitors to another website or something. to send.
The reason for a meta refresh because we sometimes run against the problem that we've sold so many banner campaigns may not be served.
Of course you get the argument: how about not in adwords? For two reasons:
1. My budget is not so big that I can buy a lot in making me very "cheap" words in which to buy the traffic that there is very small.
2. Furthermore, let the time which I have also not allow a good campaign management.
So an adword campaign is out of the question. SEO is of course an option but that is something which takes more time and I like to speak next Monday a campaign to reach with SEO uitserveren than too little.
I think therefore the only possibility of uitserveren:
1. Costs per campaign to increase resulting in less sold
2. Set up a marketing campaign in the form of a competition to quickly generate traffic, etc.
3. An auto-refresh so that more page views generated.
