Uncle Mo Targets 2011 Breeders' Cup Classic After Eye-Popping Victory

Uncle Mo’s eye popping victory now qualifies him as a potential threat to the other contenders targeting the Breeder’s Cup Classic. The racehorse believed to be a superstar in making made a comeback after substantial hindrances to his three year old season. It is unusual for a horse to prep for the Breeders’ Cup Classic off a seven furlong race (the King’s Bishop) and then a one mile race. No doubt the path he will take is not typical, but perhaps he is just that good. It would have been nice to see how strong he would have been a dry fast surface and at a distance of nine furlongs at least.
