Words recruitment comes under the criteria of selecting a best and capable candidate or we can say it is the process of selecting, attracting and screening a well qualified person for a job.

"Words recruitment comes under the criteria of selecting a best and capable candidate or we can say it is the process of selecting, attracting and screening a well qualified person for a job. Before the beginning of this process recruiters will meet the hiring manager and discuss about specific position and type information to evaluate the candidate. The recruiters once understand the requirement of the company than they begin the process of informing their network of the opportunity and start hiring candidates for the job profile.
Every organization has the right to choose the candidates for its recruitment processes according to the candidate capabilities and academic skills or also through two kinds of sources. The Companies apply these sources in the recruitment process. These resources are Internal Recruitment sources and external recruitment sources. In the Internal recruitment process includes the recruitment that’s takes place within the organization or industry. Internal sources are primarily of three types – Transfer, promotion and ex-employees. On the other hand External sources of recruitment have to be solicited from outside the organization. The candidate will be selected from outside source. In this source the candidates are selected from the schools, colleges, Institutes and other industries but it involves lots of time and money.
Well the recruitment sources are of two types Internal and external. Now I will tell you about the recruitment process. The recruitment process include written exam, Group Discussions and Final Interview. Most of the organization select candidate through written examination. According the requirement of the post the company set up the question paper. Then the short listed candidates will be call for the Group discussion and final interview process. Finally after clearing these stages of Interview and GD the candidate will be offered the appointment letter for joining the job in the company.
Steps of recruitment process by the company or organization: -
a) Vacant posts to be filled.
b) Meet of the recruiters with hiring manager to discuss about the requirement for the post.
c) Number of person required for the post
d) Duties to be performed
e) Preparing the job description and person specification.
f) Advertising sources for Locating and developing the sources of required number and type of employees
g) Short listing of candidates applied for the job according to their academic qualification or experiences and other capabilities.
h) Arranging the interview and written test with the selected candidates.
i) Conducting the written examination and interview will the selected candidates.
