<h1>True Spirituality</h1><strong> Author: <a href='http://www.articleseen.com/profile_Steve-0.aspx'>Steve-0</a></strong><br /><p>God is a Spirit (singular), infinite, eternal, and unchangeable, in his being, wisdom, power, holiness, justice, goodness, and truth. Since God is the father of all spirits, they are subject to Him. Satan or angel cannot touch you without His permission. In His hand (power), you are perfectly safe (Job 1:6-12). God is everywhere as seen in Psalm 139. Everything (in the universe) everywhere is immediately in his presence. Infinite in his wisdom designating God’s omniscience as all-inclusive, not dependent on a step-by-step process of reasoning. He eternally knows what he has known in the past and what he will know in the future. Infinite in his power pointing to his omnipotence and control of all the power that is or can be. Infinite in his holiness, justice, and goodness signify God’s moral attributes. "Be holy because I am holy" (Leviticus 11:44-45). Goodness indicates his love, his common grace in saving sinners (Acts 2:38; Galatians 3:26-27; Romans 6:1-5). Infinite in his truth an attribute designating the basis of all logic and rationality. The axioms of logic and mathematics, and all laws of reason, are not apart from God to which God must be subject. They are attributes of his own character. "It is impossible for God to lie" (Hebrews 6:18; Titus 1:2), it is not contradicting his omnipotence. God is known by his deeds. "God has spoken to us by his Son" (Hebrews 1:1-2). His essence or his "eternal power and Godhead" (theiotes) are understood and "seen" by that which has been made (Romans 1:20). God is known through fellowship with Him (1 John 1:7). The Holy Spirit of God reveals secret and hidden things to mankind (John 14:26; Deuteronomy 29:29). By belief and regeneration we can become His lively house (Mark 16:15-17; John 3:5; Titus 3:5; Hebrews 3:6). When our deadness or darkness becomes enlightened, we then become the children of God (Ecclesiastes 2:14; John 1:9-14). There are many people who are seeking the answers of life from dead sources, and thus they will not become part of the light or spiritual beings (Isaiah 8:19; Amos 3:3; 8:11; 1 John 1:6-7). True spirituality comes not from tarot cards or Ouija boards, but through an unbroken relationship with God. His presence alone will grant peace and lighten the path of all who seek Him with a whole heart (Matthew 7:7; James 1:5; Hebrews 11:1-6; Jeremiah 29:13; Psalm 119:105). If you follow His word, He will impart you His Holy Spirit (1 John 2:20; 4:13). When a person is Born Again in the family of God by belief and baptism in Jesus' name, they will enter into the family of God (Matthew 3:12-16; Acts 22:16; James 2:15-26). They will see and understand the truth that sets them free from all bondage (John 8:32). Many people have been turned from religion because of a multitude of reasons. Man made religion seeks to find God on man's terms, which is always doomed to failure. However, true religion before God the father of all is to seek the fatherless (those who live without Christ Jesus), and the widow (those who left Him for another). (James 1:27) You have nothing to lose (as everything will pass away anyway except God, and His spirit which can abide in you, thus giving you eternal life) and everything to gain by hearing and obeying God's word (Luke 21:33).
