Indore Municipal Corporation aimed at operating and managing the public transport system of Indore with the new transport services. According to official data, Indore Municipal Corporation and Indore Development Authority invested an authorised capital of Rs 2,500,000 jointly. ICTSL runs through 277 kilometres of road network in the city and nearby areas. The city transport system currently functions as a public-private partnership. Six private partners along with the city administration manage the transport system. As often underlined in the cost of living in the city should be such that the common man does not feel life is a burden for him. ICTSL adheres to the ideology as it offers pass system for regular travellers. The monthly pass that could be earlier made for Rs 300 is now available for Rs 350.
