Patna is one of the historical placeI India. As we know patna is the capital of India. There are many tourism place situate in this city. You can visit Patna and get a lots of entertainment and adventures.
Patliputra rich with his historical and cultural past and now this known as Patna and capital of Bihar. Due to the one of the prosperous city and strong Buddhist connection Patna becomes a great learning center and developed into a modern city.

Popular and best tourist attraction in Patna are:



Patna Museum: Houses of the First World War cannon, metal and stone sculptures of the Mauryan and Gupta periods. This also houses the Buddhist sculptures and quaint terracotta figures. It has a 16 m long fossilised tree which is one of its special features.



Golghar: Captain John Garstin has built a huge granary for British army in 1786 is called as Golghar. Its massive structure is 29 m high and the walls are 3.6 m wide from its base.



Martyr's Memorial: A memorial of the seven Indian freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives to the Quit India Movement in August 1942. They were shot in their attempt to host the national flag.


Har Mandir Takht: The tenth Guru of the Sikhs, Guru Gobind Singh was born in 1660 in Patna. The Har Mandir Takht is one of the four scared shrines of the Sikhs and this stands at this holiy site. This was originally built by Maharaja Ranjit singh and belongings to the guru and Sikh holy texts.



Pathar ki Masjid: The most beautiful mosque built by Parwez Shah, son of Jehangir, when he was the governor of Bihar which is situated near to the Har Mandir Sahib and the bank of the Ganga. This s also known as Saif Khan's mosque, Chimmi Ghat mosque and Sangi Masjid.



Khuda Baksh Oriental Library: One [of the national libraries which situated in Patna was founded in 1900. This library also contains the only books to survive the sacking of the Moorish University of Cordoba in Spain.

Sadaqat Ashram: This Ashram is one of the headquarters of Bihar Vidyapeeth which is a national university. Dr. Rajendra Prasad India's first president lived here after his retirement and there is a small museum here showcasing his personal belongings.
