Sacré-Coeur- This is Roman Catholic Church and minor basilica located dominating the butte Montmartre. This basilica, which is dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, is built of travertine stone. It gives basilica an evenly white look. This church complex also includes a garden with a fountain. From the top dome of the church, you can enjoy panoramic views of the city.

Notre-Dame de Paris- This is another Catholic cathedral located on the eastern half of the Ile de la Cite. This is regarded as one of the finest examples of the French Gothic architecture in Europe.
