Think out of the box… a major norm for leaders of future & with a new meaning.

Indeed yes the times to come are changing fast and they are moving towards real good times; under that light the leaders or tomorrow shall bear absolutely different credentials… in other words different set of eligibility factors shall emerge. Not only that the general understanding that we so far draw in relation to ‘creativity’ shall also undergo a remarkable reformation. In most simple words the sense of the same words like leadership and creativity etc. shall undergo a drastic reconstruction. Remember that the words may remain the same but the sense drawn from that shall reconstruct itself in light of new facts emerging in our world.
Creativity, creative thinking or thinking out of the box; as the way its direction is heading… it shall not mean to conceive, envisage or imagine of something different but to think about adding more value to the way life is… making any activity acquire a more meaningful dimension under any stream… science, fashion, medicine, communication, business, education etc. To understand it let us take the domain of fashion for example; Creativity today in its realm has transcended the restriction imposed by time upon creativity… in the sense that time and again we find the most traditional ethnic dating back to hundred or two hundred years reviving themselves. Today we can notice Gold jewellery shun its traditional yellow colour (the one that has always been a magnetic allure for the ladies or for those who desired to stock it for some purpose). The Gold jewellery has acquired new colours that render it the finish of bronze, copper, silver, dull or antique… Couple of years before no one would have ever dreamt that gold shall lose its original colour in the eyes of its appreciators and yet retain its value. Bronze, silver, copper, dull or antique look do not offer gold a look that it has flourished with since past several centuries… in turn undertaking the look of inferior metals is rather demeaning the glitter or charisma of this precious metal.
But the new thought coming out of the box has enabled the most nonliving stuff acquiring rigid norms transcend into a different world of different colours. Probably those who would have dared to experiment this change with the Gold jewellery may not have initiated it with full confidence… they may have been adequately searching for gross self approval before manifesting their vague thought into some form and subsequently into the market. One thing that must have driven them for this daring initiative would have been to give Gold different colours without letting it lose on any count in regard of its value. In the dimension of jewellery designing the purpose remains to add more life to the ornament so that it makes the life more colourful for the one that wears it… We all know that technological developments can do a lot in any field but as far the intricate designing is concerned the manual approach shall not find its alternate; that easy.
A Return of time that passed hundred or two hundred years ago is truly going backward in realms of fashion or else is a dating with past… creativity thickly today merely means that something always anew, unseen or unheard is creativity but under this example the creativity is more towards adding more meaning to the way life irrespective of any revival that the world has already lived in some past.
The concept of wellness which has seen the face of this world since past several years too has beautifully transcended into the same sense as getting revealed under this article. All therapies that once prevailed upon this planet and became lost to the changing times are now being unravelled by many around the globe. Pranic healing in many of its forms such as Reiki etc. Yoga, Naturopathy the healing therapy that involves the five basic elements, healing through herbs, distant healing by emotional charge, crystal healing…the list is pretty large to easily encompass into this article. This endeavour is gathering a lot of steam around this world. The field of medicine is one amongst the few that always strived to remain at the frontiers of research and yet it now stands witness to emergence of various alternate and traditional therapies that are considered as creative inputs; yet dating back to some unknown age. This is creativity.
Those are the leaders that today are merely thinking to provide the life with a purposeful meaning… making life better irrespective that it’s through a concept anew or concept revived. Teams, individuals or groups in any form engaged to provide human life a meaning through their respective endeavours shall instil new modes and new systems of service and thereby claim their rightful charge for leadership in their respective spheres. Open your eyes and start finding the change coming to life in various forms and you shall be easily able to trace the new dimension the word creativity or creative thinking as gradually acquired. The next realm that I foresee to experience this new light of creativity shall be entertainment and learning. Entertainment and learning shall also trace back some antecedents of precious past and unravel facts adding meaning and purpose to life on this planet.
