If your answers to any of these questions are yes, then they are obviously struggling through their transition into teenage and need your help. Troubled teenagers usually experience incapacity, depression, low self-image and addiction to substance.

When your teenager starts to get out of hand you have to ask yourself some hard questions. Talk to your child as a friend not a parent. Do your research with school friends, teachers and classmates before you talk to your child?
