This massage should do several things like relax the body or at least the parts that are massaged. It should also relax the mind and make you feel good all over. So the joints may be moving during the massage. The next sense is pain and hopefully you will not be in pain during or after the massage. You may be in pain when you come into the massage room and hopefully the massage will help alleviate some of that pain. And the body may be sore for a few days in parts where it was massaged, but this will go away. Temperature is another sense and a massage will sometimes raise the body temperature for a short period of time. And the body will feel the warm temperature of the oil when applied to the body.
