When talking about accountability, it’s really just what it would seem like – who is held accountable for what and who is to blame if something doesn’t go as planned. The funny thing about accountability is that it’s simply a term, but when it’s carved into stone (so to speak), it becomes a powerful force that not only keeps people in check, but also empowers them.
In terms of strategic planning software, being able to track who is held accountability for individual projects or milestones and having the proper regime to measure progress can make all the difference.
