To avoid or attack Candida, following the proper Candida diet is essential. The Candida diet usually comprises of certain fruits, herbs and nuts. Consuming foods that contain too much starch and sugar is highly discouraged.
Candida is a fungus or form of yeast that causes several undesirable symptoms including fatigue, weight gain, gas and joint pain. The Candida yeast is part of the gut flora, which is a group of microorganisms that thrive in an individual’s mouth and intestine. The intestinal wall of a human being is weakened when there is an uncontrollable growth of Candida population.
