<h1>The Audi A7 Vs the Mercedes CLS</h1><strong> Author: <a href='http://www.articleseen.com/profile_Pablo Elamin.aspx'>Pablo Elamin</a></strong><br /><p>When the Mercedes Benz CLS was first introduced a few years ago I didn’t like it, actually it’s probably fair enough to say I hated it. But, over time I have fallen in love with it, and I don’t think there is another car in the “four door coupe” class that can change my mind, enter the Audi A7. The A7 is slightly different in that is a five door hatchback, and is priced slightly lower than the CLS. In light of new competition from Audi and even BMW, Mercedes Benz unveiled the 2012 CLS at the Paris Motor Show last year. Cosmetically the new CLS is very similar looking to its predecessor with some fascinating new details. A new engine was also introduced a “Blue Efficiency” M278 twin-turbo and direct-injected V8 4.7 litre with 402bhp. In this new “four door coupe” class style and image is everything, these cars are aimed at executives who want to break out of the mould of the E Class or the A6, and they definitely show class and uniqueness. Both of these cars are fantastic in their own right, but I would like to throw in the Volkswagen Passat CC into the mix, it too is a “four door coupe” but is priced much lower than these two. The Passat CC looks as good as the CLS or the A7 with its low slung roof-line and sporty appearance. If I had to choose between the A7 and the CLS then right now it will have to be the A7 because it is the newer car at Audi Kings Lynn.There are fewer A7 models around and I’m worried the CLS might just become the new old man’s E Class. If I was on a tight budget then the Passat CC would be my choice. In this new “four door coupe” class style and image is everything, these cars are aimed at executives who want to break out of the mould of the E Class or the A6, and they definitely show class and uniqueness.
