A racy heart due to arrhythmia can make a person vunerable to fainting. •Shortness of Breath: Irregular heart beats associated with breathing problems is an indication that something is wrong with all the lungs. •Swollen Feet: Abnormal heartbeat followed by swelling in the lower leg such as ankles and feet is an indication of edema (fluid buildup), a disorder that is commonly associated with congestive heart failure. Typically, arrhythmia signs are mild and occur occasionally in healthy individuals. Commonly, irregular heartbeat is a harmless problem and doesn't require any treatment.
