A recent study shows that a bladder cancer patient has high percentage (6.6%) of getting prostate cancer than the general population. PSA Test PSA is a protein antigen and produced in the prostate gland. Doctors suggest prostate biopsy if the person has PSA level higher than 4.0 ng/mL. PSA test becomes mandatory for people above 40 years due to their lifestyle and diet. High PSA level is an indication of getting prostate cancer. If the person has elevated PSA level of 10.0 ng/ml or more, then the risk of finding prostate cancer could be over 50 percent. Treatment General treatment includes chemotherapy, bone treatment, surgery, radiation treatment, vaccine therapy, and active monitoring. Surgery is the final option when the non-invasive methods do not give the desired results. Surgery can create lots of stress in the patient after the treatment. However, it can be solved by using less invasive robotics in surgery which is a new phenomenon in the modern era.
