The teachers and the parents are the source for the child and help them in discovering new information strengthen lessons learned at school, and experimenting with subjects they enjoy. The Internet offers an easy way of doing this by providing access to educational games, e-books, and videos to teach students about the world.

In this digital era, many teachers and parents are using computers to facilitate learning so that lessons can cater to the different skill levels of each child. A child’s performance in school is really affected by the support of the parents. Parents have the capability of helping their kids so that can give best in school. It is said that parents are children’s first primary educators. It is true that parents give their children support and encouragement when they come across any academic and social challenges. It is unfeasible for children to get success in school without their parents support. It has been proved that students who were not supported by their parents during their schooling years did not perform well academically.

Children need a special space where they can work and most importantly this place should be free from any distractions. As a parent, it will be best if you can supply your kids with a work station where they can do all their school work. This can be at the dining table, bedroom or kitchen and the place should also be quiet, conformable and complete with school supplied needed. Parents should also check whether their child needs any help in homework or needs any encouragement. They also check if the kid has all the accessories which are required in completion of their task.

Motivation is also needed for a child to become a success. If they get the interest from within then they will most likely do better in their work. Positive reinforcement is the key to a child’s academic success. Moreover, do not forget to set expectations for your child and this will infuse a zeal inside them to work. As a parent, it is important to know your child’s skills and help them in grooming it. Do not impose or put any sort of pressure on them to do any king of work. Some children perform poorly in school because the reason behind that is they don’t know about their potential, and need some kind of boost up. Child must feel good about himself in order to feel good about learning. Parents should encourage their child by praising their efforts and make them feel special. They should express interest in their school work and set specific time every day for homework or general reading. You should set some rules for the betterment of the child and ensure that the kids abide by the rules.
