Select your range and choose according to that budget. If not you can be diverted and it may take long hours to select your ring.
When you will determine your marriage and the date then you have some very important thing to do at first. And selecting of the wedding band or wedding ring is considered one of them. A wedding band or ring consists of a metal, precious stones, styles, and many other important things. You have to decide your preferences according to your budget.

To say about styles of wedding rings there are lots of styles. Those styles are art deco style, medieval style, Celtic style, modern style, antique style, classic styles and so on. For metals gold is the foremost priority but platinum, titanium, tungsten are also in that list. Another important thing is diamond. The cutting, pattern, color, clarity, and size everything is very much crucial for making the wedding ring. A good ring must have a classic look but at the same time a modern touch too. Blending of these two criteria makes the ring precious. Varity of wedding rings for women and men are available in the market. Expensive are those which have intricate designs and attractive curving done on the body of the ring.

Art deco: The specialty of this historical period’s style is bold colorful shapes and striking colors. Bold colorful stones and diamonds are used in this type of ring. Medieval and Celtic style: Because both the styles are ancient in looking historical in appearance. Medieval style mainly focuses on shape such as quatrefoils and on other hand Celtic design style is all about interweaving lines.

There is also an option called ‘contemporary twist’ which is created mixing traditional and modern style. Classical or antique stylistic features are added with modern design to make a twist in its appearance which is very popular among the young couples. Traditional can be perhaps summed up best by a claw set diamond solitaire and a modern designed ring would be generally asymmetrical with clean and crisp lines. Now in this modern age everyone prefers to have his or her wedding ring something between classic and modern looking. The majority tells this. These types of ring can be called ‘traditional rings’ with a ‘contemporary twist’.

Diamond is believed as the most perfect stone to make a perfect wedding or engagement ring for your better half. Gold or platinum shares a unique compatibility each other as they look marvelous with each other. When considering precious gems, remember that you will likely wear this ring every day for the rest of your life. Therefore, while softer stones can be beautiful, they aren't the best choices for a wedding band or engagement ring. The Mohs scale registers a stone's ability to resist abrasion; 10 (diamonds) is the strongest and 1 (talc) is the weakest. Anything less than a Mohs scale 7 is not recommended for an engagement ring. If you are a person who does a lot of activity with their hands (how long does a manicure last on you?) then I would advise limiting your selection to rubies, sapphires and diamonds.
