Several people complaint to experience abdominal discomfort after surgery just because they don’t eat what their surgeon suggested.

Dairy Food Items Prejudice

Constipation and Dehydration
Improper water ingesting can prompt to dehydration. According to the expert surgeons, it is important to drink more liquid (around 2 liters) in a day after a week of bariatric surgery. But here make sure to not drink in bigger amount as it could make complexities too. However due to lack of water in body, it can also cause constipation. Therefore it is necessary to maintain sufficient amount of liquid in body after surgery.
Malabsorption and Malnutrition, Dumping Syndrome and NIPHS are those side effects that can be dangerous sometimes. Dumping Syndrome is the result of quick emptying of undigested food in stomach into the small intestine. There are several cases of gastric bypass surgery in which after surgery, patients experience this difficulty. Even though the syndrome itself is not so dangerous but the symptoms are very unpleasant. In addition, if you lack some essential nutrition, the deficiency can have an everlasting impact on your health for lifetime. Moreover, as per some studies, bariatric surgery comes with higher than expected death risks in some cases as well.
