Human Resource Management is a vital domain in management of a company. It increases the performance levels of the resources, which in turn increase the level of productivity of the organization. Over the years, the trends in Human Resource Management have changed with integration of innovative and cutting edge strategies and evolving learning trends.
Human resource Management is the considered as the overall management of the resources of a company, basically the manpower, the staff or the employees of an organization. It is often referred to as ‘soft’ management skill and considered one of the critical practices within an organization and requires strategic methods to facilitate the operations of people resource in achieving organizational goals. To run a business effectively, the management of resources is a vital factor. A Human Resource person takes care of various spheres in an organization, starting from hiring a resource to training and managing their grievances and enhancing the productivity of the entire workforce in the organization. They involve in strict and rigorous selection and recruitment process to select a person according to the set organizations rules and criteria. Later they also, take care of the resource training requirements, especially induction training and on the job training and also ensure smooth transition of the employees from training to the actual job floor. They also encourage team working and maintain the overall environment of the workplace. Enhancing better team and worker communication they involve in business attitude building. They sometimes work on employee suggestions and various events. Besides, they also work upon appraisals for tenured employees and encourage various incentives and benefits scheme in an organization.

Human Resource Management and CLO is required to effectively manage these areas to create an organization atmosphere where workers can generate and recognize their own success and aims which match with organization goals.
