NSAIDS side effects are nausea, vomiting, git upset, ulcer up to internal bleeding. Also the long term usage of the NSAIDS is associated with the kidney failure.

There are many side effects for the steroids as they decrease the immunity and increase the occurrence of the inflammation. The anti histaminic drugs may have sedative effect.

Now, it is clear for us why we seek to reduce inflammation without the NSAIDS.

Foods to be avoided
