Are you interested in learning more about ProloGel and its many uses for your practice? Dr. Howard Rosen has several lectures booked for the first half of 2013.
The “miracle pain cream” ProloGel’s inventor, Dr. Howard Rosen, has announced his preliminary 2013 speaking calendar for the first part of the year. These upcoming speaking engagements include The American Osteopathic Association of Prolotherapy Regenerative Medicine’s annual conference, the Annual Meeting of The American Orthopaedic Association, and the Hackett Hemwall Foundation’s Neural Prolotherapy Meeting in Hilo, Hawaii.
Dr. Rosen is a board-certified pain doctor practicing in Santa Monica and Monterey Bay, California, with medical training from New York Medical College, USC, and UCLA. He served as the Director of Pain Management at Alamitos Medical Center for 15 years, later founding his current practice, Central Coast Pain Institute. Dr. Rosen is acting Physician Head of Orange County Medical Group, and the medical founder and pain physician for RELIEF program at the Central Coast, a multi-disciplinary program. His volunteer work has included leading several medical missions to China, Honduras, and the Philippines to administer prolotherapy. Having undergone extensive training in prolotherapy, Dr. Rosen regularly teaches clinical courses on the subject.
On Sunday, May 12, Dr. Rosen will address the American Osteopathic Association of Prolotherapy Regenerative Medicine’s annual training conference in Kansas City, Missouri. His presentation, entitled “Glycerin Peripheral Nerve Blocks: How the Past Helps Today,” will also include an overview of ProloGel, what’s in, and how to get it. In June, Dr. Rosen will lecture on the development, use, and clinical trial results at the Annual Meeting of The American Orthopaedic Association. The meeting will be held at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel in Denver, Colorado from June 11-15, 2013. The preliminary schedule of events and speaker list will be available on the association’s website in February 2013.
In August, Dr. Rosen will address the Hackett Hemwall Foundation’s Neural Prolotherapy Meeting in Hilo, Hawaii, where he will lecture on glycerin injections, and the effective use of ultrasound with topical pain creams. The Hackett Hemwall Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing medical care to needy people around the world, sponsors several international medical missions each year, providing a wide range of services to those without regular access to medical care.
ProloGel, a topical pain cream, when used with ultrasound has been helpful treating neck, back, and thoracic pain, and most joint pains and nerve pain stemming from sources like Morton’s neuroma, and trigeminal neuralgia. It has also been effective in shrinking ganglions and relieving the numbness caused by carpal tunnel syndrome. You can hear first-hand how Dr. Rosen came up with the idea for ProloGel and more about its many uses.
