Plantar Fasciitis is the common cause of heel pain. And it can be defined as “The Painful reaction of the body to injury of the Plantar Fascia. Plantar fascia is the flat band of tissue that connects heel bone to toes and when this ligament becomes inflamed, Plantar Fasciitis is caused. If plantar fascia is strain, then ligament become weak, swollen, and irritated and it will hurts heel or the bottom of foot, when person stand or walk. It can happen in one foot or both feet.

Plantar Fasciitis is very common problem in middle-aged people but sometimes it is also occurs in the young-aged athletes or soldiers, who use their feet more than normal persons. Their pains consist of dull ache in the starting but if it is not properly treated, its pain can increased and become more serious problem.
The most common problem from plantar fasciitis is a burning, stabbing, or aching pain in the heel of the foot and maximum number of patients able to feel its pain in the morning because during the night when persons sleep, that time fascia ligament become tight, which results into pain of diminish in the morning. Its pain usually decreases as the tissue warms up, but may easily return again after long periods of standing or weight bearing, physical activity, or after getting up after long periods of lethargy or sitting down.
Sometimes, when you Stretch toes back and feel along the base of your foot, you feel a kind of bar running along your foot. That is the plantar fascia ligament. This ligament is meant to be soft and elastic and not have any painful points if you massage your knuckles along it.
The legal diagnosis of plantar fasciitis is mostly done by medical examination. In this examination may include checking the patient’s feet and watching the patient stand and walk. The clinical examination will take under consideration a patient's medical history, physical activity, foot pain symptoms and more. Sometimes, Expert or doctor may decide to use imaging studies like Radiography, MRI and Diagnostic ultrasound. But in most of the cases, it does not require surgery or invasive procedures to stop pain and reverse damage. The key point for the treatment of plantar fasciitis is that every person's body responds to plantar fasciitis treatment differently and recovery times may vary.
The most popular factor of causing plantar fasciitis is wearing incorrect shoes, which do not fit properly or cushioning. When person walk or do exercise in such shoes, impaired weight distribution take place and this added stress on plantar fascia ligament and Plantar Fasciitis occurs.
