The owner of this Phuket villa needs to sell fast. So he is willing to take less than he paid for it.

He paid 14,500,000 Baht (US$ 470,474) in 2010.

Today he will let it go for 14,200,000 Baht (US$ 460,740).

I know that doesn't sound like a huge saving.

But when you consider the house next door is on the market for 18,500,000 Baht (US$ 600,182) with a smaller land plot.

And the last house the developer sold went for 17,750,000 Baht (US$ 575,760).
