According to the Food and Nutrition Information Center’s Nutrition.gov, the key behaviors for weight loss success include getting regular physical activity, reducing calorie and fat intake, eating regular meals, regular weigh-ins, and not letting temporary setbacks affect weight loss.

This information is old hat in the age of The Biggest Loser and celebrity-endorsed weight-loss programs, but another factor is often overlooked: the effects of having a support system in place to keep you motivated, committed, and accountable to your weight loss goals.

In a study published in Time magazine, a pilot project from the Weight Control and Diabetes Research Center at the Miriam Hospital in Rhode Island. The study assigned 44 participants to a health coach, ranging from a behavior specialist to a peer (another study participant), the would-be weight-losers shed 9% of their body weight on average over 24 weeks, an unusually big success for a weight-loss program.

Drawing on these time-tested methods, at OneBode Health and Performance Center supporting our clients is a cornerstone of our program. We tailor weight-loss program not only to the client’s desired goals, but also to their unique genetic makeup. Using a proprietary and highly effective genetic testing system, we fine-tune your program for lasting results.

At OneBode, our goal is to help you achieve your goals. In addition to our 60-day Weight Loss Program we offer specialized programs tailored to your needs. All of our programs feature one-on-one coaching to ensure habit building for life, individualized motivation and support, and tailored exercise regimens.

Athletic Nutrition:

Athletes spend hundreds of hours training their bodies to perform at their best. Unfortunately, many hard working athletes are not taking advantage of scientific genetic testing. The food you eat dramatically affects your performance, and scientific proves you can turn on your best genes for athletic performance, through a diet tailored to your genetic make-up. When we focus on athletic performance, we want to increase energy, speed, strength, stamina.

Anti-aging Solutions

The OneBode genetic Anti-Aging System is designed to switch on your good genes and turn down the bad by the way you eat. How fast you age is largely determined by the health of your body, so any comprehensive anti-aging strategy must address your biological health. To address your “biological aging”, we tailor a diet specific to your genetic make-up. This diet reduces the biological processes that lead to premature aging, including inflammation, blood sugar issues and toxicity.

Executive Health Program

At the OneBode Health and Performance Center, we train our executives like we train our professional athletes. Our program gives them the genetic edge to achieve peak performance in their work and personal life, while first attaining, then maintaining optimal health.

Our goal is to heal the effects of stress and build a strong biological system to withstand any challenge. The Executive Program will increase stamina and energy, slows the aging process, reduces risk of illness and disease, supports healthy weight management, and facilitates strength building.
