The last option is a mixture of the above two. You have to mix chewing tobacco and iron nail in a jar full of turpentine. It will produce you a color after 4 days that would surely be good for staining.
But, when you install any wood flooring or wood made fencing you need not to stain for the first six months. Then, if you can you can stain your own or you can hire someone (any company) to do the job for you.
