Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables instead of some hype and weird multivitamins juices. Our body absorb more naturally and more efficiently nutrients from foods than liquid. But pure juices without any modification are a good choice.

Making some exercises and having a good sleep is another secret to stay and look young. Then we can keep a normal weight and have a good digestion. Some exercises facilitate the flow of blood to our skin.

Finally, when you have look younger the most important thing is that you feel younger! At the very end there is nothing that beat our inner feeling of being young whatever we are looking on the outside. Think of it. The sooner, you have this thinking, the sooner you will have a really simpler and no brainer life regarding your ages.
