To make sure your on page optimisation is completed correct you will need to make sure that your keywords are mentioned on your website pages enough times, but don't go adding to many keywords as the search engines will see this a black hat techniques and you will damage your chances of gaining good positions with the natural listings of the search engines. You also need to make sure that your html on page optimisation is correct which includes things like title, keywords and description tags, alt tags and also header tags (h1 to h6) just for starters.
