• Executive Secretary: An executive secretary should give administrative, clerical as well as secretarial support to the executives of higher level management.
• Front Office Executive: The primary duties of front office executives include welcoming and greeting the customers in a pleasant manner, receiving postal packages and couriers on behalf of the company, receiving as well as answering phone calls in a pleasant manner, and so on.
• Back Office Executive: A back office executive is responsible for maintaining account details and should also get involved in activities like security services, administrative works, and so on.
• Corporate Secretary: A corporate secretary is responsible for dealing with different types of administrative tasks. A corporate secretary usually reports directly to the CEO of the company or the company’s president. He or she should participate in conferences and meetings and should also note down the important points that have been discussed in the meeting.
